How to: Download and Root Motorola Droid 2

Droid 2 Has been rooted! XDA developers member has just bring a good news for droid 2 user where Droid 2 able be root now. This 1st version of root method for droid 2 seem more complex where root process need some perform command line work and involves pushing and executing the root file with ADB. To setup root on your droid 2, you need
1.Install adb and Motorola drivers,
2.Download attached archive,
3.Extract to a directory, I used c:\Droid2Root
and then proceed with some command line work.
According to the Xda Developers that this root method is derived from the Droid X method, so i think the easier way to root Droid 2 will coming soon. If you are interest to root your Droid 2, you can download adb, Motorola drivers and start root now.
