Motorola Launches Droid Razr – Super AMOLED Display And 1.2GHz Dual-Core Processor Android Smart Phones
Motorola unveiled its latest phone, the DROID RAZR, thinnest Android smartphones with a stainless-steel core, a Gorilla Glass screen and a nanotechnology Splash-guard that protects even the electrical boards inside. Motorola Mobility president Sanjay Jha declared the 7.1mm-thick mobile device the world’s thinnest smartphone.
Running Android 2.3.5, DROID RAZR uses Samsung Super AMOLED Plus technology and Motorola said it’s higher-res than any Samsung phone we’ve seen so far. Motorola Droid Razr sports 4.3-inch, Super AMOLED display, a Kevlar rear cover, 8 megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, and has a 1,780mAh battery that Motorola claims will offer 12.5 hours of talk time or 8.9 hours of video playback. The DROID RAZR also has support for Bluetooth 4.0 and 16GB of internal storage. It also comes with a pre-loaded 16GB microSD card.
