Here is the tutorial on how to flash Ultimate N7000 XXLSC JellyBean 4.1.2 v5.1 into Galaxy Note N7000. Before stary please make sure that your phones was rooted and installed CWM Recovery:
Step 1: Download Ultimate N7000 XXLSC JellyBean 4.1.2 v5.1Custom ROM – Link
Step 2: Copy the zip file to your Galaxy Note N7000 SD/Internal card. Then power off your Galaxy Note N7000.
Step 3: Enter recovery mode by press Volume Up+ Home + Power Button.
Step 4: Now you are in recovery, then enter the Mode Wipe data/cache to wipe all data.
Step 5: Now you can start Flash the zip into your Galaxy Note N7000.
