Official Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Now Rolling Out To Galaxy Nexus
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is by far the best version of Android to date, and the new attention to detail fills me with confidence for the future of the platform. Despite the small step from version 4.0 to version 4.1, Jelly Bean is still quite a major upgrade to Android, providing a host of new features, performance improvements and design polish. The products that have a Jelly Bean update in their midst include: the Galaxy Nexus , the Nexus S , the Motorola Xoom , and the Nexus 7 tablet .
After releasing the operating system source code yesterday, Google has officially announced the rollout of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ devices. Users should receive a prompt to update OTA over the next couple of day, or you can go to Settings > About phone > System updates to pull the update manually.
