Shortly after introducing the Xperia ion, Sony is back with yet another Android-based smartphone, the Xperia S.
The Sony Xperia S is an Android smartphone that packs a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, a 12 megapixel camera that with Exmor R backlit sensor that can take photos within 1.5 seconds from standby, 4.3-inch HD Reality Display, HDMI connectivity and NFC capability. Sony Xperia S measures 128 x 64x 10.6mm and weighs 144g (battery included).
The handset will launch in Android 2.3 Gingerbread but Sony promises an Ice Cream Sandwich update in the future.
