Mini Motor Racing is a graphically stunning 3D isometric top down racer made for i-devices. The game spans a variety of richly detailed locations, offers players highly engaging upgrade paths for each vehicle and rewards the player for every nitro-fueled race they complete.

The game has the usual modes like Quick Race and Career. Online multiplayer isn’t included at launch, but is apparently “on its way.” In career mode you’ll be able to battle for cup wins, where you’ll earn money to upgrade different aspects of the different cars that you can choose from. Death Rally looks to be exactly what I was looking for this weekend. It’s a lighthearted six-car rally racer with heavy duty weaponry, which gives me two ways to get into pole position: through actual racing or by punching bullet-shaped holes into enemy cars until they’re nothing more than smoking slag.

Death Rally is one of those games that warms my cold little jaded heart. It wasn’t that long ago that this game hit my radar, but when I found out it was developer Remedy in the driver’s seat I got excited. Babylonian Twins has had quite the time getting to the masses. It was originally made for the Commodore Amiga system in Baghdad during the early 90′s and is considered the very first commercial quality game to come out of Iraq.

First impressions of the game are very positive. You control two characters, Nasir and Blasir, in order to solve each levels. Each character has some special abilities, but only one can be active at once. Switching between the two is as simple as tapping on a button — leaving the unplayed character as a statue.
