Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Go to your Galaxy Note  Settings>Applications Development to Enable USB Debugging.

Step 2: Power Off your Galaxy Note.

Step 3: Turn Galaxy Note into Download Mode by press the Volume Down + Home + Power button until warning icon appear on the screen. Then press the Volume Up button to enter Downloading Mode.
