While the iPhone 5 looks set to be launched pretty soon, it seems it won’t be alone this fall with Samsung Galaxy S3 to join it this fall. The rumors come from Russian tech blogger Eldar Murtazin, the Galaxy S3 is indeed coming and claims that he has played with the smartphone already.

Eldar Murtazin said that the Samsung Galaxy S3 will indeed be unveiled at the MWC and will go on sale in April, exactly a year after its predecessor.

We had already heard that the Galaxy S3 would pack Samsung’s own Exynos 4412 processor, a 32nm quad-core chip based on the ARM Cortex A9 architecture. That’s a terrific boost in hardware over the Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Nexus. According to ibtimes,

“ The phone, which is expected to run on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, could come out on top in terms of processing power. An ARM Cortex A9 chipset, which features a quad-core processor with a massive 1.5Ghz of speed on offer is set to be used in this new model. This should make the Galaxy S3 the fastest phone on the market.”

When it comes to rumored specs for the Samsung Galaxy S3, word has it the device will sport a 4.6-inch next generation Super AMOLED touch screen along with 3D features,  12 megapixel camera, 1GB or more of RAM and 32GB internal memory.

The Galaxy S2 came out as a competition to the iPhone 4, Now it has been predicted that the Samsung Galaxy S3 release along with Apple’s iPhone 5 will be a tough competition. Especially if the Galaxy S3 will really “have the data processing capacities of a regular PC”, then the iPhone 5 is sure to meet a genuine rival.
