Step 5: Click the the PDA tab,then select

After install the kies software, u must restart your PC. So, restart your PC and then try to root again. Should be ok.

1. Make sure that your kies is fully close.
2. The root process only take less than 1 minute.
3.If root not success, close the odin then try again.
4. Please try root via PC and not so recommended use Laptop for the process.

The root process only take less than 1 minute. So,
Make sure that your PC Samsung kies application is fully close. You can open System Configuratuin on your PC (Windows XP: >RUN>Msconfig> Press Enter , or Windows 7 search Program and files> taip Msconfig> press Enter). Then uncheck (untick) to disable all samsung kies application, then restart computer. This is to make sure that Samsung Kies not run behind windows. After restart, try to root again. Shoulb be ok.
