Today Smartphone’s we are using where just concept phone few years back but they came into reality. Back in 2007, when Apple released the first iPhone, anyone could have told you it had the potential change the mobile business as we knew it. The intuitive, visual and app-centric platform was in stark contrast to the text-based, bland and bulky smart-phone systems from Nokia and Microsoft.

Few years ago, Nokia was the number one seller worldwide of mobile phones, it was also a leader in the dawn of smartphones. This is no longer the case, as Nokia’s sales are shrinking every quarter. We know that, there is so much competition, as iPhone 4S, upcoming iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, the Motorola Droid Razr and so many more. In fact, Nokia phone unit shipments went from 5 million to about half that and its market share went from 55% to 11%. Its rank in the market went from first to fifth.

Well, Today, new technology prototypes Nokia was showing at its Nokia World 2011 conference were pretty freaking mind blowing.

Today , Finnish mobile gian, Nokia announces the  the ‘first real Windows Phone’, Lumia 800, .The Nokia Lumia 800 is the first Nokia mobile running the Windows Phone operating system rather than Nokia’s own Symbian or MeeGo software.

Since the prominent emergence of Apple’s iPhone and Google’s Android, Nokia’s market share has dwindled. The company that once reigned in smartphone sales has now slipped, being overtaken by Samsung and Apple. Now, the Lumia 800 are the company’s attempt to gain traction in the smartphone market, dominated by Apple’s iPhones and Google’s Android operating system.

Nokia Chief Executive Stephen Elop said the company was “signaling our intent right now here today to be today’s leaders in smartphone design and craftsmanship.”
