T-Mobile has just officially announced the new HTC Amaze 4G. The HTC Amaze 4G will support the new, faster HSPA+ 42 network on T-Mobile for enhanced data speeds, and will also come with full NFC capabilities. According to T-Mobile, Amaze 4G will go on sale starting October 12 with online presales starting two days earlier for $259.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate card with a two-year contract. The handset comes in two colors–black and white. Both will be available at the same time.

Motorola’s most important smartphones for the near future have been spotted in individual leaks. According to the leaks received by Thisismynext, Motorola Spyder could be first ever device with a qHD (540×960) Super AMOLED screen and back up its Gorilla Glass front with a Kevlar body and splash-resistant coating. Real-time multiplayer tower defense game, Age of Defenders  is coming to Android Platform. Age of defenders is real-time online tower defense strategy. Two players compete against each other. Samsung today announced another galaxy S series Android smartphones,  GALAXY S II HD LTE in Korean market. The S II HD LTE is the first smartphone to sport a massive 4.65-inch screen with a 720p (1280×720) HD resolution. With HD (1280X720) resolution, the HD Super AMOLED is the first AMOLED display to feature 316 pixels per inch (ppi), higher than the standard 300ppi, resulting in substantial improvements in screen sharpness and readability.

Today Huawei has announced its latest Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread smartphone, Huawei Honor.

“Huawei Honor encapsulates the Huawei brand – it features simple-to-use, advanced technology that allows people to share and connect easily. Honor provides a package of features that elevates the smartphone user experience, including an ultra-long battery life, so critical to the performance of smartphones but yet is often downplayed” said Victor Xu, chief marketing officer of Huawei Device.

World’s second-largest mobile phone, Samsung Electronics, said Sunday it had sold 10 million Galaxy S 2 smartphones worldwide since the device launched in April. “In just five months the Galaxy S II has seen tremendous growth, reflecting strong support from carrier partners,” JK Shin, the head of the firm’s mobile device unit, said in a statement.
