Step 1: Download ADW Launcher and then install on your Android Phones.
Step 2: Download Android 3.0 HoneyComb ADW theme and then install on your Android Phones.
Step 3: Launch ADW Launcher and press the menu button. Then go to More> ADW Settings>Themes Preferences.
Step 4: Select and apply HoneyComb theme.
