Idea behind Link2SD is same where you can select applications that you want to move instead of move all folder or linking /data/app folder. You can manage your applications, create or remove links with just one click and there is no mount/copy commands from adb, shell scripts.

To make Link2SD  work on your Android SD card, you have to root your device and create ext2 partition on your SD card. So, you can use Universal Androot or Z4root to root your phones and MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition (Free) to set up FAT32 primary and ext2 primary partitions on SD Card. Please make a backup for your all SD card data because partition process may wipe all your SD card data.

Overall, Link2SD is a application which can move/remove application data from Phones main memory to SD Card by creates / removes link for application you select. Link2SD can lists applications to shows they are linked or not and also displays available space information of phone, SD card and SD card ext2 partition. Link2SD may still in beta release and this application still not available download at android market. Besides this, Link2SD only support  and fully function on some of android phones.
