Android News: Milestone/Droid Overclock 1.4 was Released and Available for Download.

New version of overclock application for Milestone/Droid which is develop by Tiago Sousa aka mirage was released and available for download. This updated Milestone/Droid overclock which allows you to manage your android devices CPU frequency settings now come with autoload overclock on boot, support for Droid X (2.1), A854, XT720 and XT701, and improved on root detection.

As we know, overclocking is same principals on overclocking PC where you puts stress on your CPU at higher clock rate. Sure, your android phone speed performance will increase and able support more higher performance game and application. But improper overclock may shorten the life and effect your android phone performance. So, novice overclockers be careful when apply and perform overclocking on your android phone.

Note: You have to root (Universal Androot ) your android phone before start overclocking task.
